A few points
Some things I have been thinking about lately...in order of weightiness:
1. I read this severely depressing article about the miserable state of refugees in Africa. Disclaimer: don't read it unless you want to feel a little screwed up in the head for the rest of the day. About an awful reality that you can do very little to change. On one hand, it is refreshing to realize that something like this can still get through what has become a very cynical and blase mentality. On the other hand, I felt bad for one day about the destruction of other people's lives...and then went back to my normal routine. That is disturbing.
Sorry this is so heavy...but that article is really fucking bleak.
2. Also, I have approximately 54 chigger bites dotting my feet, ankles, pasty thighs, and crotchal areas. I picked them up at a party in the boonies last Saturday. Apparently chiggers are gay, because they went to town on Keith and me but left Caitlin and Julia alone.
I'll put some pictures up later.
3. What am I doing with my life?
4. Does it really matter when there is entertainment like this on the internet?
